Returns & Exchanges

At VOLCANO eCigs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items are not a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
